We want live music in the Eurovision Song Contest!

We believe that most spectators and viewers prefer to hear, see and feel live music instead of pre-recorded. According to the present rules for the ESC all musicians on stage have to mime. For 43 years the host broadcasters were obliged to provide live backings for the contestants. Today the organizers, the EBU (European Broadcasting Union), only allows pre-recorded backing tracks. The policy of the organizers, the EBU, is that the majority of viewers doesn't care about this issue - but they are wrong.
